1.“成都國際總部經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)”項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)工作由成都國際總部經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)管委會(huì)（招標(biāo)人）委托成都萬安建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理有限公司（招標(biāo)代理人）面向全球國際公開招標(biāo)。本次招標(biāo)采用資格預(yù)審方式。
2. 參加本工程規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案招標(biāo)的單位無國籍限制。
3.項(xiàng)目概況
3.1項(xiàng)目名稱：成都國際總部經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)
3.2項(xiàng)目地址：***
3.3用地面積：第一期起步區(qū)316畝，遠(yuǎn)期策劃總面積約3000畝。
3.4建設(shè)周期：3年。
3.5招標(biāo)范圍：“成都國際總部經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)”概念規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。
4. 境內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)單位資質(zhì)要求
4.1必須具備甲級(jí)建筑或甲級(jí)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)；
4.2類似的工程設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4.3項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人***
5.境外設(shè)計(jì)單位資格要求
5.1具備相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)資格及所在國家和地區(qū)的執(zhí)業(yè)資格證明，其業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域具有規(guī)劃與建筑設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容；
5.2類似的工程設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5.3項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人***
6.需提供的相關(guān)資料
6.1設(shè)計(jì)單位簡(jiǎn)介（包括專業(yè)人員人數(shù)、注冊(cè)規(guī)劃師和注冊(cè)建筑師人數(shù)及相關(guān)作品）；
6.2投標(biāo)單位相關(guān)的業(yè)績資料；
6.3有效法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本和各項(xiàng)資質(zhì)證書（外資公司需提交商業(yè)證明）；
6.4法人代表授權(quán)委托書及委托人身份證；
6.5參加設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)人***

International bidding notice of Cheng Du International Headquarters Economic Zone concept planning and design project
1.The bidding work of Cheng Du International Headquarters Economic Zone Project is entrusted to Chengdu WanAn Construction Project Management Co., Ltd (Deputy of tenderee) by Management Committee of Cheng Du International Headquarters Economic Region (Tenderee) for the international public bidding. Bidder pre-qualification inquiry is adopted in this bidding process.
2. There is no nationality limitation to bidders for this project.
3.Project brief
3.1.Project name: Chengdu International Headquarters Economic Zone
3.2 Project Address: Shuangliu town, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China
3.3 Plot Area: 316mu (1st stage), total 3000mu (future plan)
3.4 Construction period: 3 years
3.5 Bidding Scope: Concept planning and design of Chengdu International Headquarters Economic Zone
4. Qualification required to domestic design company
4.1 Certified grade A of architecture or planning and design is pre-requisite.
4.2 Experience of similar project designed:
4.3The project director must be the national registered planner or the national registered architect grade one.
5.Qualification required to overseas design company
5.1Relevant certified design qualification and business license issued by its own government should be provided; planning and architecture design should be contained in its business scope.
5.2Experience of similar project designed:
5.3
The project director should have the planning and design experience of similar project, the well-known architect or planner is preferred.
6.
Relevant documents to be provided
6.1Brief introduction of the design company (including the number of professionals, registered planners and registered architects; relevant works completed)
6.2
Outstanding achievement documents of the bidder
6.3
Valid business license duplicate and all qualification certificates should be provided (Foreign company should submit the business evidence).
6.4
Legal deputy’s authorization letter and his/her ID card should be provided.
6.5
The name, educational background and relevant design achievement of the project director, general designer, key personnel of the design team should be listed.
7.
Bidders will not be invited to participate in the rewardful design without passing the pre-qualification; bidders with intent should sign up and collect the pre-qualification documents and the relevant from Cheng Du WanAn Construction Project Management Co., Ltd (Address: 7th Floor, Guangdian International Plaza, 30# Xiaxishuncheng Rd, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China); or submit the all documents per fax, EMS, or e-mail to the above address before the closing date of registering.
